Key Deliverables

Key deliverables provided by the Phase II planning effort should include the following:

  • Administer a community broadband survey
  • Conduct a line of sight study
  • Detailed planning to broaden community access*
  • Evaluate the suitability of the Lee Theater for several uses
  • Investigate the design and possible deployment of an integrated wireless strategy
  • Provide a detailed financial analysis of the cost to build and maintain infrastructure
  • Provide a duct and fiber overlay plan
  • Provide detailed cost estimates for an appropriately sized colocation facility
  • Provide planning on extensions to the downtown telecom duct already installed
  • Provide pre-design cost estimates
